Draw information will only be available via this 4-H Website “Finals Rodeo” page under the “Performance Draws” button no later than August 20, 2010. Contestants will no longer receive a letter showing the events you are entered in and the performances you were drawn to compete in. Please spread the word to anyone who does not have access to the internet and let them know they can contact their local extension office for this draw information. The Finals Rodeo Secretary will need to continue to concentrate her efforts on preparing for the Finals rodeo so she will not be giving this information out over the phone.

The 16 Camping Sites (with electricity) located on the Finals rodeo grounds are available by reservation on a 1st come 1st serve basis by e-mailing Amy Franks at amyjfranks@mncomm.com no later than August 1, 2010. Amy will reply via e-mail to confirm your reservation and the information needed to send camping fee payment. Payment must be received within 10 calendar days of the reservation being made or your reservation will be cancelled. Payment of $30 will reserve your camping spot starting on Thursday through Sunday. Your spot will be assigned and your name will be on a list at the South Gate of the grounds when you check in. Any quesitons please call Amy at 605-222-8509. Please do not contact the finals secretary about camping reservations.
As of July 20, there are NO camping sites available.
These are the only available hook-ups for electricity. Electrical outlets by the barns can not be used. Campers are permitted throughout the rodeo grounds, but must be self-contained if not using the electrical camp sites. Other camping areas include Fischers Lilly Park in Ft. Pierre, Pierre City Park, Oahe Downstream Recreation Area and Farm Island.

Finals Rodeo Contestant Entry Procedures will be changing for the 2011 rodeo season. These new procedures will be reviewed during the 2010 Finals Rodeo Contestant Meeting on Friday and will be published on this web site shortly after the completion of the 2010 Finals rodeo.
