Attention: 4-H Finals Rodeo Campers And 4-H Horses on Fairgrounds
Campers needing the Fairgrounds electricity and water may only use the 16 designated camper hookups that are available.
These 16 sites are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis as in the past.
Due to changes in the Stanley County Fairground Fee and Use Policy there will be a $30 fee charged for these hookups for the weekend. This fee will be collected at the Finals.
If your camper is self contained, you may still park anywhere on the grounds without a charge.
Horses on Fairgrounds
Due to the limited space in the infield, all horses need to be stalled with the third party vendor (see below for more information), tied to a trailer, or kept off site overnight. With the number of pickups, trailers, and horses in the in-field area; it would be appreciated if everyone could utilize the in-field space as efficiently as possible. Please use as little space as you can to insure all of our contestants have room to park their pickups and trailers.
Horse stalls will once again be available and will help keep our in-field space available for pickup and trailer parking. These horse stalls are provided, managed, and administrated by a third party vendor. Check-in and payment are required before stalling of your horse(s). Stall fees are set, collected, and paid directly to the vendor responsible for the stalls when you arrive on the rodeo grounds. There will be a $20/outside stall charge and a $35/inside stall charge for the entire weekend with a one horse per stall rule. They will be offered on a first come, first serve basis at the rodeo. In order to anticipate how many stalls will need to be set up, please indicate on your Finals Entry Form an approximate number of stalls you will need. This will insure that everyone has a stall when they arrive on the rodeo grounds. Please bring your own feed, bedding, stall cleaning equipment, and stall chains or fronts. You will be responsible for cleaning your stalls at the end of the weekend.
